As MoviMax's design team, we're thrilled with the app's positive reception. Problems
Through user research and market analysis, we identified key challenges for movie enthusiasts: busy schedules limiting time for films, and existing streaming services overwhelming users with excessive choices and poor personalization, causing frustration and disengagement.
